The perfect clothing for ‘Flying Yoga’ is leggings, Yoga capris (workout capris are okay too), or Harlem pants. Most exercisers wear tank top as ‘Flying Yoga’ needs a lot of arm movements. If you haven’t buy a pair of clothing specialized for Yoga, you can just wear T-shirt, any sport wear or swim wear and bicycle shorts are okay as well as long as it is not too tight or too lose. Although gloves and socks are optional, it is recommended for the beginners. What to avoid wearing is any jewelry or accessories. Most importantly, it is the best to tie your long hair as the instructor won’t be freaked out thinking you are a ghost. It is optional to put Yoga mats under your hammock.
