With many restaurants now reopening, its tempting to head back out to enjoy a nice meal. If you do plan on doing that, here are 3 tips you can follow to stay safe.
Don’t pay with cash
When paying for your meal, try to use cashless payments whenever possible. Cash has the potential to carry bacteria and germs, especially as it can change hands multiple times a day. It’s also difficult to clean and sanitize, unlike credit cards and phones. If you do use cash, make sure to wash your hands immediately afterward.
Don’t use physical menus
Try to avoid touching commonly shared items such as menus. Ask for a disposable or digital menu instead.
Don’t forget your mask
Wear a mask when going to and arriving at the restaurant. Remove only when you need to eat.
