In this new era of social distancing, many businesses have had to find creative ways to adapt to the new normal. A Swedish winery may have just taken it to a new level. The winery, Oddbird, which is known for making non-alcoholic wine, announced the opening of their new restaurant, Nowhere. The catch?
It’s located on a nature reserve near Stockholm and consists of only six tables that are placed in various locations around the reserve, ensuring that you’ll never come into contact with the other guests. The meals will be prepared by professional chefs Linn Söderström and Marion Ringborg and the tables designed by Danish interior design duo The Normans. The restaurant is expected to open on August 20th, with reservations open on June 22nd.
