Swedish supercar maker Koenigsegg made the most of the lockdown period by making a 12-minute short film, recently released on its YouTube channel. Titled “Time to Reign: A Koenigsegg Mini Blockbuster”, the film was written, filmed, edited by company employees. The company’s employees also make up the cast, including CEO Christian von Koenigsegg, car designer and marketing and event co-ordinator all playing roles in the film. The film is centered around the heist of the Koenigsegg Regera, a twin-turbo hybrid supercar worth $2 million, by a thief and hacker. Only 80 units of the Regera were built.
