From Blues to Hip-Hop, African-American music has came a long way. With the recent police brutality and racism on George Floyd and the wrongful killing of Breonna Taylor, team LUSH would like to pay tribute to African American musicians.
African-American music ဟာ Blues သီခ္င္းအမ္ိဳးအစားေကန Hip-Hop အထိ တ်ဖၫ္း်ဖၫ္း တုိးတက္ေ်ပာင္းလဲလာပါတယ္။ မၾကာေသးမီက ရဲအရာ႐ြိတစ္ေယာက္ Geroge Floyld ေအပၚ လူမ္ိဳးေရးၿခဲ်ခား၊ လူမဆႏၲဲ့လုပ္ရပ္ က္ဴးၾလႏၡဲ့တာေၾကာင့္ အသကၦံုးခဲ့ရသလို Breonna Taylor ဟာလၫ္း မြားၾယင္းသတ္်ဖတ္်ခင္းခံခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့ၼိဳ႕လို႔ LUSH အၿဖဲ႔သားေၾတေအနနဲ႔ African- American လူမ္ိဳး အႏုပညာ႐ြင္ေၾတအၾတက္ tribute ေဆာင္းပါးေလးနဲ႔ ဂုဏ္်ပဳေပးခ္ငၸါတယ္။

Blues was created after the Civil War. Even though slaves, majority were African Americans, were liberated and were no longer forced to work under the masters.However, the Cotton Gut left the South in shambles making them desperately poor. This caused a creation of a new form of music, the BLUES.

Blues သီခ္င္းအမ္ိဳးအစားဟာ ်ပၫၱျင္းစစ္အၿပီးမြာ စတင္ေပၚေပါကၡဲ့တာ ်ဖစၸါတယ္။ လူအမ္ားစု်ဖစၱဲ့ African-American ေၾတလၫ္း သခင့ႅက္ေအာကၼြာ ဖိအားေပးခိုင္းေစ်ခင္းေကန ၾလတ္ေ်မာကၡဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဘယႅဳိပဲ်ဖစ္်ဖစ္ ေတာငၹကၸိဳင္းအ်ခမ္းေကတာ့ Cotton Gut ေၾကာင့္ ရႈပ္ေၾထးၿပီး ဆင္းရဲၿမဲေတခဲ့တယ္။ အက္ိဳးဆက္ေအနနဲ႔ သီခ္င္းပံုစံအသစ္ Blues စတင္ ်ဖစ္ေပၚလာပါေတာ့တယ္။

More upbeat music soon developed from barbershops, which soon became knowns as the Barbershop Quartet. The quartet is mainly African Americans as they were the majority of barbers across America. However, the barbershop quartet was popularised by Norman Rockwell as a white.

ဆံပင္ၫြပၦဳိင္ေၾတမြာျဖင့္ရင္း တိုးတက္ေ်ပာင္းလဲလာတဲ့ upbeat music ကိုေတာ့ ေနာကၸိဳင္းမြာ Barbershop Quartet ဆိုၿပီး လူသိမ္ားလာၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီ quartet ကို ေအမရိကႏၷုိင္ငံအႏြံ႔မြာ႐ြိတဲ့ African- American လူမ္ိဳး ဆံသဆရာေၾတက အဓိက ဖႏၲီးခဲ့တာ်ဖစၸါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ ဒီ barbershop quartet ဟာ လူ်ဖဴ Norman Rockwell ေၾကာင့္သာ နာမၫ္ႀကီး လူသိမ္ားလာတာ်ဖစၸါတယ္။

Jazz originated in New Orleans, which was majorly had African-Americans as residents. Jazz was an instrumental focused version of the barbershop quartet. Jazz soon became popular as the smooth harmonies and the flow with the instruments made it much more refreshing. Jazz was soon played from city to city and was popular in Europe.

Jazz music ကိုေတာ့ New Orleans ၿမိဳ႕မြာ ေနထုိငၱဲ့ African- American လူမ္ိဳးေၾတ ဖႏၲီးခဲ့တာပါ။ အစေကတာ့ Jazz ဟာ barbershop quartet ရဲ႕ တူရိယာအသားေပးပံုစံေပါ့။ ဒါေပမယ့္ နားဝငၡ္ိဳလြတဲ့ ဟာမိုနီေၾကာင့္ Jazz ကို လူသိမ္ားလာတာ်ဖစ္ၿပီး တူရိယာသံစၪ္ေၾတက နားေထာင္သဴေၾတကို စိတႅက္ေပါ့ပါးေစပါတယ္။ Jazz သီခ္င္းေၾတဟာ တစ္ၿမိဳ႕ေကန တစ္ၿမိဳ႕ ပ္ံ႕ႏြံ႔ၾသားၿပီး ဥေရာပမြာပါ ေခတၥားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
